Return and Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy ("Policy") applies to all transactions conducted with IGC ("we," "our," or "the Company") and governs the return and refund procedures for products purchased through our online store ("Products"). By purchasing Products from IGC, you agree to comply with the terms set forth in this Policy.

1. General Return and Refund Rights

IGC offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for all Products purchased from our online store, subject to the exceptions outlined herein. You may request a return or refund of your purchase within thirty (30) calendar days of the date of receipt of the Product ("Return Period"), provided that the Product satisfies the conditions set forth in Section 2 of this Policy.

Exclusion:

This 30-day return and refund guarantee does not apply to purchases made during major sales or promotional periods, as defined by IGC in its sole discretion, in which case returns and refunds may be subject to alternate terms, if any, expressly stated at the time of sale.

2. Conditions for Return and Refund

To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Product Condition: The Product must be in its original, unused, unaltered, and resellable condition. Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with are ineligible for return or refund, except where required by law.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) must be provided at the time of the return request.

  • Packaging: All original packaging, including but not limited to boxes, protective wrapping, labels, and documentation, must accompany the return. If the Product was shipped with any accessories, these must also be included in the return.

  • Return Authorization: A Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number must be obtained from IGC prior to initiating a return. Returns sent without an RMA number will not be processed.

3. Refund Process

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned Product(s), IGC will process the refund, provided the return complies with the requirements set forth in this Policy. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase.

Refunds will typically be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of receipt of the returned Product, although processing times may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution.

Refund Amount:

The refund will be issued for the purchase price of the Product(s) minus any applicable shipping or handling fees, unless the Product was defective or damaged at the time of receipt, in which case, shipping fees may also be refunded.

4. Membership Refund Policy

For customers who have purchased a membership with IGC, we offer a 30-day cancellation and refund policy on memberships, provided that the cancellation or refund request is submitted within the 30-day window from the date of membership enrollment.

  • Cancellation: Memberships may be cancelled within the Return Period, and the customer will be entitled to a full refund of the membership fee paid, subject to compliance with the conditions of this Policy.

  • Refunds for Memberships: If a membership is cancelled within the 30-day Return Period, a full refund of the membership fee will be issued. After the 30-day period has expired, membership fees are non-refundable, and cancellations will not be eligible for any refund.

5. Exclusions and Limitations

The following items are not eligible for return or refund under this Policy:

  • Products marked as final sale or otherwise excluded from return at the time of purchase.
  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery, including any damage caused by improper handling, storage, or misuse.
  • Gift cards, digital products, and downloadable content, unless otherwise stated.
  • Products purchased during major sales or special promotions, unless expressly allowed under the terms of the sale.

6. Shipping Costs and Return Shipping

In the event of a return, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on IGC’s part (such as receiving the wrong or defective item). IGC strongly recommends using a trackable shipping service for the return, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item.

7. Defective or Damaged Products

If the Product you received is defective or damaged upon arrival, IGC will cover the cost of return shipping, and you will be entitled to a full refund or replacement, as appropriate. Please notify IGC of any defects or damages within 7 days of receipt to initiate the return process.

8. Changes to this Policy

IGC reserves the right to modify or update this Policy at any time, at its sole discretion, without prior notice. Any such changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting. By continuing to use our services and purchase Products after such changes have been posted, you accept and agree to the revised terms.
