This Shipping Policy ("Policy") governs the terms and conditions under which IGC ("we," "our," or "the Company") processes, ships, and delivers products purchased from our online store. By placing an order with IGC, you agree to the terms outlined in this Policy.

All orders placed with IGC are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. We make every effort to ship orders as quickly as possible, but please note that processing times may vary depending on the volume of orders and other factors beyond our control.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

IGC offers several shipping options, including standard, expedited, and express shipping. The shipping methods and delivery times available will depend on your delivery address and the carrier selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–9 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 3–6 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–4 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times, and actual delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, your location, and other factors such as weather, customs delays, or holidays. IGC is not responsible for delays caused by external factors once the package has been handed over to the carrier.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, the shipping method selected, and your delivery location. Shipping costs will be clearly displayed during the checkout process before you confirm your order.

4. Free Shipping Offer

IGC may, from time to time, offer promotional free shipping on orders over a specified amount. This promotion is subject to change and will be clearly indicated on the website or during checkout. Free shipping is applicable only to standard shipping within the continental United States unless otherwise stated.

5. International Shipping

At this time, IGC only ships to addresses within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping, but we are working to expand our shipping options in the future. If you are located outside the United States, we recommend contacting us to inquire about potential alternative shipping methods.

6. Shipping Restrictions

IGC is unable to ship to certain restricted locations, including but not limited to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and international addresses (unless otherwise specified). If you encounter any issues with shipping to your address, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to track the status of your shipment. You can track your order on the carrier's website using the provided tracking information.

Please note that it may take 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after your order has been dispatched. If your tracking number is not working or if you have any concerns regarding the status of your order, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance.

8. Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays may occur due to various factors such as:

  • Carrier delays or errors
  • Weather conditions or natural disasters
  • Customs processing (for international shipments, if applicable)
  • High order volumes during peak seasons (e.g., holidays)

In the event of a shipping delay, IGC will notify you as soon as possible and will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. However, IGC is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or external circumstances beyond our control.

9. Lost or Damaged Shipments

In the rare event that your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving your order or the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and initiate a claim if necessary.

  • Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please retain all packaging and contact us immediately so we can initiate a return, replacement, or refund process.
  • Lost Packages: If your package is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it, we recommend checking with your local carrier or postal service for more information. If the package is truly lost, please contact our Customer Service team for further assistance.

10. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct and complete shipping address at the time of purchase. IGC is not responsible for any delays, non-delivery, or additional fees associated with incorrect or incomplete address information. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the package.

IGC reserves the right to amend, update, or modify this Shipping Policy at any time, without prior notice. Any changes to the policy will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting. By continuing to make purchases from IGC after such changes, you agree to comply with the revised terms.
